If you were one of the many people bashing Maroon 5 for their performance during this year's Superbowl but you might change your tune after you learn what they did with their paycheck.

While many people called the performance lackluster, knowing what they did with the paycheck moves them up to my favorite performance ever.

Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine told E! that the band donated $500,000 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

“We thank the NFL for the opportunity and also to them, along with Interscope Records, for making this donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters, which will have a major impact for children across the country."

So while many complained about the show, you can't argue with the good deed they performed with the paycheck!
