Yesterday the announcement was made that the annual Italian Heritage Festival would be moving locations. The change from its normal spot on Hertel Ave to Buffalo's outer harbor aren't the only changes expected for the festival.

 

According to WGRZ organizers are discussing the possibility of adding an admission fee for those who attend. The fee would apply to anyone 13-years-old or older. The cost would help pay for the events lighting and security. A $5 charge is the amount being proposed.

 

Organizers will hold a vote on the matter, the date for the vote has not yet been announced.  What do you think of the proposal? Comment below.
