Woodlawn Beach was a Topless Beach!?

What the heck did we do with our summer... Topless tanning is apparently ok in New York, so feel free.. we wont mind... or will we? We are no stranger to things of this nature of what's ok and what's not ok in modern-day society... as we are one of them. People will always have something to say about something and its our job to make that something be... something. We lost where we were going with that and we digress to chest.

Every story has 2 highly voluptuous sides and we understand both side have the right to feel the way they do.

So is what we did really that bad?
