It looks like Mother Nature is back to being Elsa from Frozen as Western New York is set to get blasted with another round of cold snowy weather.

The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued another Winter Weather Advisory for ALL of Western New York starting tomorrow morning at 3 am. We can expect to see both snow and ice during this latest storm along with high wind gusts.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 10 PM
EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 3 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of around
  one tenth of an inch expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph
  may bring down a few tree branches and result in isolated
  power outages.

* WHERE...The Niagara Frontier.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 10 PM EST Tuesday. Snow will develop late
  tonight, then changed to mixed precipitation on Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult with snow
  and ice covered roads and reduced visibility. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the morning and evening commute on
  Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery
roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
driving.
