It was announced last Friday, that 201 Williamsville School District staff members had resigned or took a leave of absence.

That same Friday, school Superintendent Scott Martzloff said that grades 5-12 students who chose to conduct remote-learning, would have their return to school date pushed back indefinitely.

On September 7th, Superintendent Martzloff was put on administrative leave.

Tonight (September 10th), the Williamsville School District announced that grades 5-12 would be full-remote-learning starting Tuesday, with targeted dates to get those students back into the building.

They hope to get grades 5-6 back by November 16th. Grades 7-12 by January 4th, 2021.

Tonight, after the full remote-learning decision was announced, students, accompanied by their parents in support, gathered outside the offices of the Williamsville School District.
