I have to give this guy credit for trying, but no way would what he said ever work!

A 69-year-old man recently was arrested for drinking while driving, but his defense to the charge was "He was only drinking at stoplights, not when the car was in motion"

I kid you not...he didn't think he deserved a DWI because he only drank when stopped!

Nice try...but he is now facing DUI charges.
