It's officially spring (even though it doesn't feel like it), so kick off your boots and try out this refreshing Spring Shiso recipe.



2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
3 Shiso Leaves
1 inch cut English Seedless  Cucumber
1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Thin cucumber strip lined in glass and Shiso leaf atop


Line glass with cucumber strip. Then muddle cucumber and Shiso in a pint glass. Combine all other ingredients, add five ice cubes and shake well. Strain all ingredients over new ice. Finally, add Shiso leaf.
