For the second year in a row Wegmans has been named America's Favorite Grocery Store. In a report from Market Force Information the grocery chain tied for first with Publix, with both grocery stores scoring a 77%. More than 12,700 shoppers were involved in the study that looked at different attributes and experiences for the consumers.

Wegmans ranked above average in casher courtesy, availability of items, ease of finding items, cleanliness and specialty items. According to Market Force Information,

"Wegmans, founded in 1916, is known for its fresh produce, reasonable prices and massive stores. The New York-based chain is expanding steadily and, with a focus on employee training to ensure customers have a great experience, creating superfans eager for a new location to open near their home."

While Wegmans and Publix topped the list, Trader Joe's came in a very close second at 76% followed by H-E-B and Aldi.
