Here’s a story that will probably make you nervous the next time you have to go to the hospital for surgery.

A judge has ruled that a restaurant can be sued for serving meat to unsuspecting vegetarians. The 16 plaintiffs, who are Hindus, had a party catered by Edison, New Jersey eatery Moghul Express. Instead of getting the vegetarian samosas they ordered, however, meat-filled samosas were delivered.

It's official: Actress Jane Lynchwill host the 2011 Emmys, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences confirmed Thursday. "Jane was my first - and only - choice as the host for this year's Prime-time Emmys, and I am glad she said 'yes,'" executive producer Mark Burnett said in a statement.
