Spectrum To Raise Rates Beginning In November
If you are a Spectrum cable user, expect to see an increase in your bill starting in November.
The company announced to its users that they will have to increase their rates on several options due to an increase to their cost of doing business.
The rates will go into effect on November 1st and will include, Broadcast TV surcharge increasing from $8.85 to $9.95. The cost for a Spectrum receiver will go from $6.99 to $7.50, and Digital Transport Adapters will go from $4.99 to $5.99. The add-on The Latino View will go from $7.99 to $8.99.
Spectrum is currently in the process of leaving New York State and have been granted another extension by the state. The company now has until December to file their six-month plan to leave the state with the Public Service Commission.
