Spectrum Offering Refund For Outage

If you have Spectrum cable or internet, you may have noticed an outage this past weekend that was very frustrating and seemed to last forever!

We sure have become dependent on our internet now that we have kids and Disney Plus!

If you are a customer, there is some good news. According to the report from Spectrum:

 ...the credit will be offered to folks who call the customer service line and ask for one.  The credit amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis. ...The number to call for a credit is 855-707-7328.
