Someone Made Homemade NYS License Plate and Got Caught [PHOTO]

I always say, effort should count for something, even if the result isn't what you wanted.

However, in this case, that doesn't apply. Don't do this.

According to WIVB, New York State Police recently pulled over a vehicle with a homemade license plate.

The color looks pretty spot on but that's pretty much where the likeness ends. I couldn't even imagine trying to pull this off but hey, it makes for a good laugh.
