Big news for fall lovers on Tuesday, September 1st, as we now eye the start of the autumn season.

According to New York State and Governor Andrew Cuomo, fall activities, such as apple-picking, corn mazes, hayrides, and haunted houses are considered low-risk outdoor arts and entertainment, therefore, will be allowed to open and operate this fall season.

People can also visit farmers' markets and craft beverage trails under the New York State forward guidance.

"New York State's amazing outdoor attractions and recreational opportunities are a boon for families and communities during the fall season each year, and we want New Yorkers to be able to enjoy this time with their family responsibly and safely," said Governor Cuomo.
