NORAD Still Tracking Santa Amid Government Shutdown

Despite the partial shutdown of the federal government, NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) will still track Santa's journey across the world on Christmas Eve.

NBC News reports NORAD will track Santa's flight this year, just as it has for the last six decades, with the agency tweeting "Military personnel who conduct NORAD Tracks Santa are supported by approximately 1,500 volunteers who make the program possible each and every year."
