New York State Income Tax Breaks For Volunteers In The Works

I love this idea!!

These girls and guys put their life on the line and spend their time helping + saving others and 100% support something like this.

There are a couple of bills being put before the Assembly and State for EMT's and Volunteer firefighters to get New York State income tax breaks.

Also, this is not the first time that New York State has tried to make this a thing. Now, don't think you're just going to be able to just sign up to be a volunteer tomorrow and get a break--you have to be in service for at least a full year and attend at least half of your company's activities + meetings.
