The Great New York State Fair is underway in Syracuse and one of the many highlights of the fair has been unveiled.
The fair has a long tradition of having some of the best butter sculptures in the United States. That's correct....sculptures made from pure butter!
The New York State Fair runs from now until September 3rd.
