The Williamsville Village Board let the public chime in on a law that would regulate food trucks in the village, according to WGRZ.

Right Now food truck owners only need a peddlers permit to do business. Some issues discussed were that food trucks are taking away from other business in the village according to some.

However, the mayor is more concerned with safety. The proposed law would regulate locations for food trucks, and fire safety inspections. They opened up discussion on this subject at last nights village board meeting. No decisions have been finalized.
