New Fines For ATV Riders In Buffalo

There has been an increase of ATV incidents in the City of Buffalo.

The Buffalo Police have been busy trying to keep ATV's off of the city streets. Recently, two officers were injured trying to stop an ATV in the city when the operator was riding where they shouldn't be.

According to Metro Source News:

A resolution that would increase the penalties for riding ATVs and other banned vehicles in Buffalo will be introduced this week.

Riding an ATV in Buffalo is already illegal.
