The annual Music Is Art fundraiser at Chef's turned out to be a huge success.

The street festival fundraiser featured live music, raffles, and a record-breaking autographed guitar live auction.

The biggest win was a guitar signed by all the members of Queen which fetched 9,500 dollars! Guitars autographed by Garth Brooks, Ozzy, Taylor Swift were also up for bids.

Overall the event raised over $40,000 for Music Is Art.

Up next for the non-profit is their festival. That will be taking place on Saturday, September 7th at Riverworks. All the money raised with Music is Art is used to bring music into schools across Western New York.

Since the foundation was started by Robbie Takac of the Goo Goo Dolls, they have been able to put back more than a half of million dollars worth of instruments and programs into the Western New York community.
