Look How Loud Arizona Coyotes’ Fans Were When The Buffalo Sabres Scored On Monday Night

There's almost no difference.

It was dubbed “Battle for the Basement” in First Niagara Center in Buffalo during Thursday night’s match up between the Buffalo Sabres + Arizona Coyotes and it happened all over again the following Monday night.

Both teams are ‘tanking’ in the NHL to try and finish dead last 30th place in order to have their best shot at getting top prospects Connor McDavid of Jack Eichel during the upcoming draft. The Coyotes won the (boring) game in overtime against the Sabres 4-3 that had many Buffalo fans cheering for Arizona when they scored.
