Kings of Leon’s Caleb Followill and Wife Lily Aldridge Share Baby Picture

Less than a month after Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill’s wife, model Lily Aldridge, gave birth to the couple’s first child, Aldridge has tweeted the first public photo of their precious Dixie Pearl. The Twitter picture of their daughter, who was born on June 21 in Nashville, displays her tiny feet wearing bunny-themed booties accompanied by a note that read “Sweet feet” with a smiley face at the end.

Aldridge has posted several Dixie-related tweets since giving birth. On July 5, she wrote “Dixie is 2 weeks old today” and followed that up the following day with the note “On our first lunch outing with Dixie! So exciting” (both tweets, again, with smiley faces at the end). She also marked the anniversary of her first time out with Caleb on July 10 with a post that read “5 years from today was our first date” — with yet another smiley face at the end.

Followill, 30, and Aldridge, 26, married last year at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, Calif. They announced the pregnancy in December, saying in a statement, “We are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child together. We can’t wait to meet the new addition to our family.”

A representative for Kings of Leon has since confirmed that Dixie Pearl was born at 1AM on June 21 at the Vanderbilt University and Medical Center in Nashville and weighed 7 lbs, 11 oz.
