If you are looking for some great competition for a great cause, make plans to be in Elma tonight!

Sept 13th at 5pm will be the first annual Pam Reed Memorial Field Hockey Game at Iroquois High school.

Pam lost her battle with lung cancer this past April leaving behind 7 kids and 9 grand-kids.

I received and email with the following invitation...

Iroquois varsity field hockey will be facing off with Holland, Pam’s great niece Alicia Schroeder is a senior on Hollands team.

Pam was a HUGE field hockey fan, 3 of her daughters played in high school and 2 went on to play in college. She was their biggest cheerleader and often time the bus driver for away games too.

There will be a Taffy’s truck at the game from 5:30- 7:30, a 50/50 and lung cancer awareness bracelets for sale, all proceeds will be donated to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
