Hey You Readers…Borders Book Stores to Close

Western New York will be losing its Borders Book Stores. Due to the threat of bankruptcy Borders is being forced to liquidate the remaining 399 in the US, 2 of which are located in the Buffalo area. The store closings will start as soon as Friday and by the end of September Borders will be out of business for good.

What does this mean for you? Well, you have three options. First you can take advantage of this situation and stock up on as many books as possible for anything and everything.  Secondly, although you older folks might be quite reluctant, you will have to go out and buy one of those confusing kindles and read electronically. Or lastly with much resistance, you can bring your business to their fierce competitors, Barnes and Nobles.
