It looks like some hot and muggy weather will impact Western New York!

The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for much of Western New York on Tuesday from Noon until 9 pm.

We could see temps in the upper 80's with humidity pushing the heat index into the upper 90's and even triple digits!

A Heat Advisory means that a period of hot temperatures is
expected. The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity
will combine to create a situation in which heat illnesses are
possible. Drink plenty of fluids...stay in an air-conditioned
room...stay out of the sun...and check in on relatives and
neighbors.

If you have family and friends without AC, make sure to check on them tomorrow.

If you do have pets that are outside, make sure they have some shade and plenty of water to keep them cool and hydrated.
