The United States is responsible for the most confirmed cases, with over 278,000 and 7,103 deaths as of this writing.

Erie County's confirmed case total stands at 802, with 22 deaths. Niagara County stands at 103 confirmed cases, with no deaths reported so far.

Since the first cases were reported nearly three months ago, the numbers across the world have skyrocketed. It took a month and a half to reach 100,000 cases--the million was reached after the totals doubled in just the last week. The United States reported over 1,100 deaths just within the last day.
