Running Backs and Steaks go together like Orange juice and Mayonnaise!

Former Buffalo Bills running back, Fred Jackson, has traveled the nation and experienced the best steakhouses. After finishing the 2015 NFL season with the Seattle Seahawks, Jackson and his family have lived in Buffalo.

In April, the former Buffalo Bill announced he will be opening a steakhouse in downtown Buffalo.

The steakhouse, which will be called SEAR, is scheduled to open in the fall at the Avant building on 200 Delaware Avenue.

Jackson stated “There’s going to be a lot of energy in the building, it’s won’t be your normal steakhouse,” according to Buffalo News.

Jackson has definitely shown Buffalo a lot of love, but he isn’t alone. Former Bills punter and corner back Brain Moorman and Terrence McGee are also investing in SEAR.

SEAR’s menu will consist of beef choices from signature cuts, dry-aged, Wagyu options with creative small plates, salads and seafood.
