A local restaurant is closing -- but not to everyone, all the time.

The Rowhouse restaurant on Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo will be closing to the public, but will remain open to serve as an event space.

According to the Buffalo News, the restaurant has already closed to the public.

The former restaurant-bakery's Facebook page states:

"Doing what we do best: Over the past two years, we’ve been honored to host hundreds of special events, and our space has served as a venue for everything from vows and first dances, to auctions, fundraisers and formal galas.

Today we are focusing our future on serving these special event clients and guests!"

What does that mean? @rowhousebuffalo is open to the public for Tuesday’s @buffaloopencoffeeclub, and exclusively for special events.
