What Day Does Darien Lake Amusement Park Open?

We got a little taste of warm weather this weekend, which means most of us are now itching for spring. There are plenty of signs the warm weather is coming: Daylight Saving Time. Easter. Darien Lake's opening day.

Well, the first has already happened, and the Easter Bunny is coming to town this weekend. And although it may seem far off, Darien Lake's opening day is coming soon -- Saturday, May 11, to be exact.

That day, Darien Lake will open at 10:30 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. They'll also offer a Sneak Preview Night for season ticket holders the before (Friday, May 10) from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

2013 Darien Lake Season Passes are on sale now, featuring plenty of perks for the summer. The amusement park will debut a new ride, Blast Off, and a new show, Ignite the Night, this season.
