Customers Are Suing Wegmans Over Their Vanilla Ice Cream

Just when you think you've heard everything, now comes news of Wegmans being sued..over their, ice cream?

According to WIVB, two customers are suing Wegmans over their vanilla ice cream. The lawsuit was filed in federal court.

The lawsuit is claiming that Wegmans vanilla ice cream is misleading -- saying that "in some cases no vanilla or vanilla extract is used in the ice cream."
