For those who cannot vote in-person or think they won't be able to vote in-person, there was some big news on Tuesday from Governor Andrew Cuomo.

According to the Governor, he is signing an executive order that allows absentee ballots to be returned to drop boxes without a wait at more than 300 locations across New York State.

Per Cuomo, those ballots can be dropped off at local county Board of Elections offices starting now, as well as early voting sites from October 24th through November 1st, and at polling sites on the day of the election.

The Governor also said that all registered voters in the state can request an absentee ballot if they are concerned about in-person voting, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
