Chick-fil-A Named America’s Favorite Fast Food Restaurant

It was late last year that Buffalo finally got a Chick-fil-A (on Walden Avenue) and now it's been named America's favorite fast food chain.

For the second consecutive year, it took the top spot on the "American Customer Satisfaction Index."

This study was based off nearly 23,000 customers. Chick-fil-A scored an 86 out the 100-point scale that ACSI uses.

What was last?

McDonalds. They scored a 69 out of 100.
