Bills Take a Quarterback In The 2020 NFL Draft

The Bills may have raised a few eyebrows on Saturday when they used a fifth-round pick (167 overall) on Georgia quarterback, Jake Fromm.

Fromm fell to the fifth round after some projected him to go in round two or three.

He won 35 games at Georgia and was one win away from the National Championship during his time there.

Fromm is likely to compete with Matt Barkley as the number two quarterback, behind Josh Allen.

Bills fans love Allen and he's the clear franchise quarterback, but he plays a style that puts his body at risk. Fromm might be one play away from stepping in as the Bills starting quarterback, so it makes sense to get an insurance policy.
