Background Checks for Buying Guns? A Push For Stricter Laws After Uprise In Shootings

The Sikh shooting, the Aurora, Colorado shooting and even Buffalo's own ECMC shooting....there has been way too many random acts of  tragedy this summer. I mean I know that this stuff happens all the time , but even this year we asked you guys whether or not you felt safe going to downtown B-lo and we can't help but think how unnecessary that question should be. These shootings have also began a small but firm push to tighten NYS gun laws. We're actually one of the strictest states in the nation when in comes to the purchase of firearms and ammunition but do you still feel safe?  One of the laws that is trying to get passed in Albany is a background check for the sale of all ammunition. Would you be willing to undergo a background check?
