According to news reports, $75,000 in New York State funds were allocated for this project: Orchard Park's first 'Inclusive Playground'.  It's being touted as such because it's said to have amenities all kids including kids with Special Needs.

Ed Leak, Orchard Park's Director of Recreation and Youth Services said this, according to reports:

"It's an inclusive playground, which will allow kids of all ages sizes, disabilities, no disabilities to participate and have a fun time."
