OK, so not really. But that could be the case one day, especially after what I saw
on the ‘Today Show’ this morning. If you missed it, there was an entire segment
featuring the long extinct woolly mammoth – and the plans to bring it back to life.

I’m sorry, what?

It’s true. They said in five to 10 years, we could have a baby woolly mammoth.
They’ve already built a park for it to live in.

Does this sound familiar?

If you’re seeing flashes of a T-rex chasing down Jeff Goldblum, then you’re like me.
I’ve seen the movies. And the outcome isn’t good.

Now, I know they’re talking about the docile woolly mammoth and not a monstrous
dinosaur with a thirst for blood, but if that movie has taught me anything it’s not to
play god with creatures from the past.

And sure, they say it’s not possible to clone a dinosaur. But it’s a slippery slope.
Don’t you think some dumbass gazillionaire with too much time on his hands will
try?

And we all know what will happen if he succeeds. Maybe I should try to perfect
standing completely still.
