We are scratching our heads over this one. Earlier this year Wegmans was named the number grocery store in the country. It was the first time in four years Trader Joe's was not at the top of Market Force's list of America's Favorite Grocery Stores.

However, the store is now facing a fine of over $100,00 for unsafe working conditions in its bakery.

A worker was apparently hurt at a bakery in Rochester while cleaning the conveyor belt, according to WKBW. She was caught and pulled INTO the machine.

If you remember, last year the company faced over $150,000 in fines for unsafe work conditions after an employee was not required to wear a face shield and was exposed to burns. An employee reportedly lost a fingertip due to an incident in March 2015.
