WNY Dog Biscuit Challenge; Will You Do It? [VIDEO]

You love your dog and your cat, right? Well, here is your challenge.

The Erie County SPCA has issued the Dog Biscuit Challenge to help raise money for the organization. You remember the ALS Ice Bucket challenge. It works the same way. You nominate three people to eat a dog biscuit and if you don't -- you have to donate money to the SPCA.
