Wing War: Chicken Wing Chain Sues Buffalo Wild Wings
Rick Smiciklas, the owner of "Wild Wing", a chicken wing chain in Canada is suing the big, bad Corporate Americans who run Buffalo Wild Wings. Maybe this case will set a precedent for us to sue Buffalo Wild Wings for using the word "Buffalo" in their name or for stealing our recipe and passing it off as a Buffalo wing.
Ontario’s poultry-pushing pugilist and self-styled chicken-wing king, is girding for a fight.
