Who Has the Best Wiener?

Ball Park Franks and Oscar Mayer have sued each other over who has the best weiner. This could get graphic. The two companies are suing over false advertisement claims.

Oscar Mayer claims their dogs beat out the Ball Park Franks in a national taste test even though no buns or condiments were used. There is some question as to whether this is legitimate enough to use in advertising. On the other hand, Ball Park claims its dogs are "100% beef", and even that has come into question. We'll have to wait and see if the judge allows the advertising to continue, or if a "Top-dog" is named.
