Today is National Grilled Cheese Day and I can remember a Grilled Cheese Sandwich being the easiest ting to make as a kid if you were hungry and wanted something cooked.  Second to a quick PBJ, a Grilled Cheese Sandwich was the next best ting...in terms of convenience.
