West Seneca Group Home Refuses to Allow it’s Staff to Administer Medical Marijuana to Resident.
Robert Fuggit’s 40-year-old son Christopher has been having seizures since he was a toddler, according to WIVB News, and has been approved for a Medical Marijuana prescription...however, the West Seneca Group Home where Christopher resides refuses to allow it's staff to administer the marijuana.
A supervisor at Group Home has stated that "Schedule One" drugs, like marijuana, cannot be administered by is staff because all of the staff are RNs and Registered Nurses are not allowed by the State to administer these drugs.
