As we continue to endure a hot dry summer, today could be record-breaking in Buffalo!

WGRZ's Patrick Hammer is calling for a high near 87 but with a dry ground and no clouds, we could see that high temperature rise into the low nineties, which could set a new record.

The current record high for July 20th is 91 degrees.

Here is a look at the forecast from Patrick Hammer.

It also looks like we won't see an end to the dry hot days until next Tuesday or Wednesday!
