U2 is preparing to offer vinyl enthusiasts something for their collections.  Variety.com reports that the Irish rockers will issue "Wide Awake In Europe," a limited-edition live EP on November 26th.  The three-track album features live recordings of "I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight" and "Moment of Surrender" from 2009's "No Line On The Horizon."  Also featured is "Mercy," a song that never made it onto the final cut of 2004's "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb."  The rare track has since surfaced online.  U2 has also performed the song during the European leg of its 360 Degree Tour this fall.

Only five-thousand copies of "Wide Awake In Europe" are scheduled for release.  The EP debut is part of "Back To Black Friday" which falls on the day after Thanksgiving.  "Back To Black Friday" was launched by the organizers behind Record Store Day, an annual event that supports independently-owned record stores.
