Tonawanda Coke Issue Still Not Resolved

If you're not familiar with the Tonawanda Coke issue, which you hear about on your local TV Newscasts almost daily, here's what's going on and why the Federal Gov't wants the plant closed down...I think I agree after watching this: (and after seeing that the EPA, according to a YouTube Video, the EPA reported that Tonawanda Coke emits almost 10 times the allowable amount of Benzene into air in Buffalo, NY.

I must add that the video below makes this claim but I could not substantiate the claim due to the blink at the end of the video being invalid
