Don't worry about asking the boss to cut out early today -- it's fairly well known that today is National Leave The Office Early Day.

You did know that, didn't you? Well, if not, now you do, so feel free to bail on the afternoon and go enjoy the rest of the day on a patio with a cold beer to keep you company.

Honestly, we're not too sure if many employers will go for this, so just remind them that they get Bosses Day. Hopefully when you return to work tomorrow, you are not greeted with a Happy You're Fired Day balloon at your cubicle. So kick back and pretend to work for the next few hours and blow out early today.
