Toast To Our Last Drinks With Jack With A Caribbean Champagne!
Sadly this is our last Drinks with Jacks post — we’re retiring the series — but we’d like to go out with a bang. So make a toast with this Caribbean Champagne recipe.
1 tsp. Light Rum
1 tsp. Banana Liqueur
1 dash Orange Bitters
4 oz. chilled Champagne
Slice of banana
Pour the rum, banana liqueur and bitters into a chilled champagne glass. Top off with champagne, and stir carefully. Garnish with a banana slice.
