Sadly this is our last Drinks with Jacks post -- we're retiring the series -- but we'd like to go out with a bang. So make a toast with this Caribbean Champagne recipe.

Ingredients

1 tsp. Light Rum
1 tsp. Banana Liqueur
1 dash Orange Bitters
4 oz. chilled Champagne
Slice of banana

Method

Pour the rum, banana liqueur and bitters into a chilled champagne glass. Top off with champagne, and stir carefully. Garnish with a banana slice.
