Police in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada have filed sexually related charges against Tim Bachman, former rhythm guitarist for Bachman-Turner Overdrive. This is the second time he has been accused of such a crime.

The CBC reports that Bachman has been accused of sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching. These offenses allegedly occurred during the '90s. The name of the victim has not been released. Bachman is free on the condition that he avoids contact with any minors, which includes staying away from any public facility where persons under the age of 16 may be present.

Last year, Bachman was found not guilty of sexually abusing a minor. A woman who had lived in Bachman's house as a foster child claimed he gave her breast enhancement pills and repeatedly fondled her between 2000 and 2004, when she ran away from his house.

Bachman, who founded BTO with his brothers, Randy and Robbie, and Fred Turner, played on their first two records, the second of which featured the hits 'Let It Ride' and 'Takin' Care of Business.' He was replaced by Blair Thornton in 1974, but participated in their mid-'80s reunion. He has been employed as a real estate agent since the '90s.
