The Tony Awards Are Only For Winners…Duh!

The annual "Tony Awards" took place yesterday and was hosted by the very funny Neil Patrick Harris.  You may have seen him before in shows such as "How I Met Your Mother." The awards ceremony honored many different categories such as best play, musical, choreography and so on.  The biggest winners of the night were "The Book of Mormon," that walked away with a compelling eight awards including best musical and direction.  Although the screenplay "War Horse" was only awarded with three nominations, it had triumphed overall and won the award for best play.

The Tony Awards also had many different performers including one of Jack FM's favorite, Stephen Colbert!  If you had happen to miss the premiere, you can watch it again on the broadcasting station CBS.
