This four-bedroom, 4.5 bath, 5,600-square-foot home is located in the Delaware Park District and is within walking distance to Elmwood strip. The home is located on 0.55 acres and was built in 2010.

This six bedroom, 5 bath, 6,780-square-foot Tudor with a flagstone patio is located on a corner lot. It was built in 1927.

The 8,238 square foot home has 9 beds and 6.5 baths and overlooks the Rose Garden at Delaware Park and neighbors the Albright Knox Art Gallery. The property also has a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath carriage house in the back. The home was built in 1924.

The stone and frame house has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The 5,615-square-foot home was built in 1933 and is situated on a landscaped yard and pool area. A curved driveway leads to private wooded home.

The Middlesex 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,950-square-foot home is located on property with a landscaped yard and gardens. The 1929 home has a deck, fireplace, patio, porch, security system and 400-square-foot garage.
