The Best ‘Bounty Gate’ Related Tweets
With yesterday’s crazy news that NFL Commissioner Rodger Goodell would suspend Saint’s Head Coach Sean Payton for an entire season, most of us that follow sports were a bit stunned (to say the least).
Due to former Bills coach Gregg Williams “bounty system” the Saints were crushed with fines & suspensions for almost their entire coaching staff. Trophy boy and QB Drew Brees was the most upset by the news of losing his long time coach/buddy and demanded answers!
As is typically the case any time a high-profile athlete/coach is in the news, many took to Twitter to express their opinions on the whole situation. While I can’t provide Mr. Brees with an explanation, I can provide some entertaining tweets regarding the #BountyGate drama. Below you’ll find some of the best Twitter had to offer over the past 24 hours!
